1. MJCC takes pride in maintaining high standard of discipline within the college campus, which is essential for fostering the growth and development of the cadets towards responsibility and maturity. Cadets guilty of the following offenses are liable to be withdrawn/expelled from the college:
a. Cheating, stealing and gambling.
b. Smoking, intoxication, possession of narcotics.
c. Moral turpitude
d. Insubordination and insolent attitude towards staff members.
e. Use of unfair means in examination.
f. Willfully and deliberately damaging college property.
g. Consisting poor performance in academic.
h. Assaulting a fellow cadet or any member of the college staff.
i. Leaving the college premises without permission.
j. Guilty of any act of indiscipline and misconduct.
2. Cadets are not permitted to keep the following items in the hostel.
a. Transistors
b. Video games
c. Mobile Phones
d. Electric appliances
e. Personal computers
f. Wireless radio
g. T.V set
h. Walkman set
i. MP3, MP4, MP5 etc
j. Unauthorized medicine / drugs
k. Burners, heaters, extra money and valuables
l. Undesirable printed material ( Magazine etc )
m. Weapons of any kind
n. Explosive/combustible
o. Cigarettes, narcotics in any form
p. Musical instruments
q. Any other item the authority found to be harmful for cadets
