Wholesome personality grooming of the young generation is the collective responsibility of the nation at all tiers and the educators play a pivotal role in this regard. Where it is generally believed that the parents have the onus of responsibility to etch out their wards in the shape of a responsible and educated citizens it is imperative for the educators to lead the young ones in the right direction; Manjanbazam Cadet College has the objective of ‘emancipating’ the parents of their responsibilities and take the lead. It is a source of pride for me to be the Principal of Manjanbazam Cadet College (Ghazi), where we have carved a unique niche in the education system. The College has highly educated, trained and motivated faculty, which is among the best in educational systems of the country. Educational institutions should be seen as a transformative experience through which students are prepared to succeed in their varied roles in future life, whereby, education is the corner stone for the development and progress of a country and our College is contributing towards it by imparting quality education to students from a diversified strata of the society. Manjanbazam Cadet College System has created such an academic, co-curricular, and extra-curricular milieu which is conducive to learning, training and polishing of young minds. Our aim is to prepare a generation which could lead this country towards progress and prosperity, thereby, positively contributing to the amelioration and betterment of the society. In this regard, I also take pride in the fact that ours is the only Cadet College System where the cadets are formally educated in religious education and the national values through regular classes in Qur’an and Iqbaliyat. Each individual in our hierarchy is committed to the realization of the goal of obliterating and eradicating the menace of irresponsibility and illiteracy from our society. I strongly believe that if given the right tools, students can take charge of their own development and my team is leaving no stone unturned on this charted path. I pray to Allah, the Almighty, to grant us guidance, strength, and tenacity of purpose to carry on the sacred mission, Ameen.
